City of San Jose Chooses Skire Unifier for
New Airport Terminal Construction Project Management

Agreement Signals Company's Growing Momentum in Airport Segment

MENLO PARK, CA, June 22, 2007 - Skire, Inc. (www.skire.com), the leading provider of capital program, integrated workplace, and project portfolio management software, today announced that the City of San Jose, California, has chosen its UnifierT capital program and project management platform for construction at the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. The agreement marks yet another win for Skire with customers who use Unifier in airport capital project and real estate management projects.

The City of San Jose evaluated six different solutions over a seven-month period for design and construction of a new terminal at the airport. The city's criteria included the ability to unify design, scheduling, budgeting, funding management, and construction data and processes in one application. It chose Skire Unifier for superior integrated budgeting and cost-management capabilities, robust charge-splitting functionality, and ease-of-use, even with complex functions. Every large project at the airport will use charge-splitting functionality, including the city's Program Management, North Concourse, TAIP, and Renzel Airfield Project teams.

The evaluation team also gave high marks to the solution's user interface. Intuitive screens and clear overviews of information at the program and contract levels, combined with the ability to perform complex functions with a single mouse-click, are expected to simplify deployment and user adoption.

"Skire is pleased to be chosen by the City of San Jose for the new airport terminal project," said Massy Mehdipour, Skire's chief executive officer. "We clearly understand the intricacies and interrelationship of design, construction, project cost, and funding data and processes in large, public-sector capital projects, and we are committed to helping San Jose maximize the use of taxpayer dollars while it creates a new terminal that welcomes the world to the heart of Silicon Valley."
